Thrust 20 is Presiding Bishop Ronald Carpenter's quarterly webcast to the IPHC.

The name “Thrust 20” derives from “Vision 2020” which is the IPHC focus to double its membership around the world by the year 2020. The word “thrust” implies that the denomination is already moving in that direction and this quarterly webcast will be an impetus to empower the church in reaching its goal.

With 2,024 churches in the U.S.A. and over 15,000 churches in 103 countries around the world, it is impossible to communicate simultaneously apart from the world wide web. Therefore, this is your invitation to fellowship with thousands of others who will be online for the first Thrust 20 webcast.

Each 45-minute webcast includes three basic elements:

• information - this will be comprised of Biblical truths as well as principles, procedures,and programs which will enhance your ministry and make you a better leader.
• inspiration - this will be provided at times by actual preaching/teaching programs that are committed to edification and encouragement.
• impartation - this is the goal of the webcast, that the anointing upon those involved in the ministry of Thrust 20 will activate gifts and anointing in the lives of those who participate online.
